Shachar Shaine (b. November 13, 1968, Israel) has been the President of URBB since may 2004.
He first came to Romania in 1999 and was Vice-President of the Marketing Department for Tuborg Romania.
His first work place in marketing was at Coca-Cola Israel. Before he started working in marketing, his greatest passion, he worked in the industrial planning domain.
Shachar Shaine graduated the Technion University in Haifa, after he studied thoroughly within the Executive MBA he finished at Bredford University.
