Andrei Popescu is a strong believer in the concept of Lifelong Learning during and after the student life he has got busy himself as a volunteer for almost ten years in different youth NGOs in the field of European integration and communication.
This was a fruitful period enabling him the chance to enhance his competences as a trainer and project manager.
Currently working in the National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training, a public institution that offers EU grants for
educational projects, he is in charge with the team working for Youth in Action, the European Union program dedicated to the young people which stress the
importance of nonformal education. For more than seven years Andrei was involved also in Grundtvig, the program for adult education.
