Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Timisoara Diana Gligor is a young researcher in the field of CSR, having her PhD thesis focused on the human resources dimensions of the corporate social responsibility. She graduated as chief of promotion the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Timisoara in 2006.
Soon after that she spent three months working for a company in Vienna and she begins her post-university studies with oth MA and PhD studies. As a MA student she was rewarded in 2007 with the great prize at the lympics of Business Students for a paper regarding the evaluation of the impact of CSR policies upon employees. She graduated the master called „Administration of Business Organizations” with the highest grades, having her dissertation paper focused the different types of CSR programs with an analysis of the programs chosen by Romanian companies. Although still quite short, her research activity had as a result several participations at national and inter tional conferences with papers approaching CSR themes. Now she is teaching Business Ethics at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Timisoara and she is working on successfully completing her PhD thesis. |
