After 12 years of national and international challenges and 9 promotions within a well reputed multinational company, Csaba accepted a new challenge in consulting. He is currently Senior Manager within PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he is responsible for three business lines: HR surveys - PayWell, Saratoga; Total Rewards Consulting and HR Management Consulting.
As of 2008 he is president of HR Club Romania, while continuing his activity of affiliated CIPD tutor in Romania and speaker at major HR conferences around Europe.
A polytehnics graduate, Csaba started to work in sales and marketing, by joining Coca-Cola HBC team, where he spent 12 years. His career in CCHBC started as sales representative, then went on to sales director and eventually switched to HR where latest positions were Country HR Manager and member of the company`s Board.
