Lorita Constantinescu is the PR&Communication Manager of Eco Rom
Ambalaje SA, the leader organization of fulfilling the recycling and
recovery obligations of Romanian packed products companies. Ms.
Constantinescu graduated Public Policy at Bucharest University,
Faculty of Sociology, and holds a Business Administration Certificate
of George Washington University. Has over ten years experience of
senior-level experience in managing non-profit organizations in Central
and Eastern Europe and has been actively supporting the development of
Romanian civil society sector.
