K. Roger Vercammen holds a Master degree in Applied Economics from UFSIA, Antwerp University. Since 1998 he has been Director External Relations for Sony Europe, representing Sony with the European Institutions, in the relevant European associations and coordinating the national representation in the various countries, being also a Board member of CSR Europe. His previous assignments include Managing Director for Sony Logistics Europe BV in the Netherlands by 1998, the in-house logistics service provider for the Sony group in Europe. Between 1989 and 1998 he was Director Finance and Administration for Sony Belgium. Until 1981 he was with the Kenwood Electronics Europe in Brussels, at first in the capacity of Shipping Manager and then as Manager General Affairs including IT, HR, Legal Affairs  and General Administration.
