Richard Moat has 16 years experience in the telecommunications industry, heading businesses of key strategic importance in a variety of different countries. He joined the Orange team in 1992, and held the positions of Corporate Finance Director, International Group Director of Finance, CEO of Orange Thailand 2000-2002, CEO of Orange Denmark 2002-2004, and since October 2004 has headed up the operations of Orange Romania. He holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance and Accounting from London Business School and a MA Honours in Law from St. Catharine’s College Cambridge.
